Day 3.

Well, minor set back of yesterday with a headache the size of Texas. But back on track today! I made the decision a while ago to try this "fab-ab february"...

 Its not an intense thing to start with, especially considering I can hardly do a push up. But I've forced myself to get them done and by the end of the month I hope to have the upper body strength to do all 25. No breaks! And a 2 minute plank. Wow! It will be interesting if I can see a difference.

Also, over at http://lifeplusfitness.blogspot.com/, I joined the eight week bikini body program starting on the 13th. I don't have weights or anything.. I'll have to compromise, but woo! I can't wait for that either.

I have also done pretty well with calories today. About 1100. On the agenda for tomorrow is a 3 mile walk, maybe even make it 4 and go around the section..
