I missed Day 7 because of a killer neck and head ache I had all day long, but woke up at 9:00 this morning, took some strong pain killers and I am pain free currently.
I just finished my Day 8 workout and I really felt like I did miss a day, it was a little difficult to finish, but I did and that's that.
I'm currently debating if I want to go on this diet through the chiropractor. You take this HCG pill and can only eat 500 calories a day. The HCG pill releases like 2000 fat cells a day and the average weight loss per day is 1-2 pounds.
I can't decide if I wanna lose weight through workout so I can get toned, or take the 40 day diet, lose the weight, and then tone up. I'm leaning towards the second, currently, but I think I'll finish the 30 Day Shred before I start it.
The pill strictly burns fat cells and doesn't deteriorate muscles, so maybe my muscles would show more. :)
For me, I enjoy food, it would be hard on 500 a day, but they also say that by taking the supplement you are not hungry.
I'll keep you posted on my decision.
